Professor George received her J.D. from the University of Iowa. She is a member of California, Iowa and Supreme Court bars. At California State University, Long Beach, she was the recipient of the 2001 University Academic Leadership Award and the 1999 University Outstanding Professor Award. She is also the former Associate Dean and Interim Dean of the College of Business Administration, California State University, Long Beach. Co-author of numerous articles.
