The JOBS Act: Challenges and Opportunities
Wednesday, February 6, 2013
The Business Law Journal hosts an annual Symposium exploring relevant topics involving the intersection of business and law. The Symposium provides an opportunity for students, faculty, and leaders in both the business and legal professions to meet and discuss important current events. The symposium for 2013 will explore the opportunities and challenges presented by the JOBS Act.
As the United States continues to rebuild its economy, the JOBS Act will impact businesses and financial markets. Legal practitioners, scholars, and students must be proficient in the legal and business aspects of the JOBS Act. This symposium will facilitate discussions of potent topics related to the future of securities transactions regulated under the JOBS Act and the impacts these transactions will have on the practice of law.
Practitioners, scholars, and students are encouraged to attend. If you would like to contribute to the event through sponsorship or direct donation, please contact our Marketing Director.
